Our founder, Jolene Low Huei Sze, read law at the University of London and completed her Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) with the highest distinction of being awarded the Yayasan Tun Hamid’s Best Overall CLP Student Award in 2010.

Jolene is known for her meticulous nature, creativity, and thoughtful approach as well as her deep passion for intellectual property and commercial law. She believes that understanding a client’s history, brand concept, business journey, objective, immediate and long-term needs as well as carefully reviewing and analysing the client’s documents and supporting evidence, although time-consuming at the outset, are key factors in enabling solutions to be delivered with greater clarity, efficiency, and precision.

With more than 15 years of experience in intellectual property and commercial law practice, Jolene has handled a broad range of intellectual property and commercial matters, including trademark prosecution, ex-parte hearings, trademark opposition proceedings, patent, copyright, and trademark infringement matters, appeals at court level, trademark and copyright enforcement matters, settlement negotiations, corporate and commercial agreements, as well as licensing and franchising matters.
Through her thoughtful and creative approach, she has successfully assisted parties in navigating complex commercial transactions and achieving settlement solutions across a wide range of business and intellectual property disputes.

Beyond legal practice, she hopes to cultivate a working culture that values both excellence in work and quality of life through continuous self-discovery and personal growth. She believes that with the right work attitude, discipline, and structure, efficiency naturally follows, ultimately leading to better time management and personal time to recharge, reflect, and reconnect with oneself.
